Contented for now.

I broke my vow today. I didnt go for Geog lecture. Oh man. Oh dear, i dont even feel a tinge of guilt! Heh.

Anyways, screw that... I went Chinatown with my beloved friends... It was yummy. YEs, it was wayyy more enriching then a mere lecture in school. Heh. I bought stones, yeah polished stones that i could string together and add to my collection on my wrist. Or rather arm, coz it kinda progressed away from the wrist region. Well, we started off from school, after a terribly impromptu tutorial that had my groupmate presenting an unprepared piece of work. It was horrible, i felt like the most useless bum on earth. I was drained. Oh yeah, forgive me guys, i broke.

Lets ditch that thought and move on to something lighter aye. Chinatown it is. This was the starting point of our tooour throught he alleys of chinatown, led by out very expert guide, Lady Ryce. Oh yes, she brought adventure to townfolks like meself with her flawless jay-walking intuition. Jay walking freaks the hell outta me. I cant do jay-walking.

Oh yes, a kind hearted man actually was willing enough to take our pictures. The somali lady is in green, she insisted on having her picture taken. "Can you help me take to me picture?"

The 'thrills' of jay-walking, something i cant seem to appreciate. There's never a road that i've crossed without the shrilly helpless yelps of mine!

People's park shopping centre. I believe it was like the first time i was there. Hehe. So here we were, seeking good fortune from the master himself. He always look so happy, i wish i could too.

Lady Ryce and sherlin here, also feeling the gyration of fortune on his belly.

This was our initiation ceremony, acceptance into this Yaya sisterhood. Yah yah! Anyways, it was some chinese dessert with medicinal values. It was ok actually, especially after Claryce doused it with honey syrup. You know what, if it does improve my complexion over night, i might just go back for more. Yeah, all that despite the hilarious display of technological unsaviness by one of the staffs there. Hehe, that poor girl. At least she learnt something today, the art of taking close-up self potraits. ;)

OK this one is the black one, well as you would have noticed. Its called, Gui Lin Gao. Oh yes, its supposedly good for erm, everything? Haha, yeah skin, well being, diabetes? Thats according to sherlins translation of it remedies. Hehe, which is a tad debateble...haha no offence dear :P

This is called, Yang Zhi Gan Lu. Yeah, its like a concoction of all the local fruit they could get their hands on in Chinatown! Its got like a tinge of mango here and there, grapefruit as well as pomelo. There's also like lil balls of jelly submerged in it. I think this it the most yummy of them all.

Alright, this one's adeline's order and it became the instrument of our initiation ceremony. Truth be told, it was kinda yucky. Yeah apparently it came in like two different flavour. Like one ball was stuffed in crushed peanuts while the other is stuffed with black sesame seeds. Well, the peanuts which was supposedly the nicer of the two was gobbled down by adel, so we were left with the sesame one. It was kinda gross, its like too big for my mouth! No 2nd tries for this. Uh uh.

It was an interesting tea-break.
